- In a tarka pan add 1tbsp oil,1tsp chana dal,1tsp urad dal, 6-7 curry leaves,red chili,mustard seed 1tsp,Asafoetida 1 pinch, fry for few mints. Then add the tarka in tomato mixer. Mixed well and serve with idli, dosa or any kind of paratha..
